The Chapmans were married on May 26, 1962 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Eunice with Rev. Jules A. Jeanmard officiating. The maid of honor was Kathleen Courville of Eunice and best man was Clifford Wayne Guillet of Eunice.
The couple has three children; David and Theressa Chapman of Atlanta, Ga.; Scottie Chapman of Lake Charles, and Todd and Gemma Chapman of Westlake. The Chapmans are grandparents of six.
