The Rotary Club & Chamber of Commerce of Zachary will host their annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser on Monday, Oct. 8, at Copper Mill Golf Club.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. with a Shotgun start at Noon.

Cost to play is $100 per golfer or $400 per team.

A-Team of 4: $100 per golfer or $400 per team (mandatory)

B- Mulligan/Red Blast Package: $10 per golfer or $40 per team

C- Eagle Sponsorship: $1,000 per 4-man team entry, 4 exclusive hole sponsors w/representative @ hole, recognition @ registration table and on drink cart plus a listing on a sponsor sign

D- Birdie Sponsorship: $600 per 4 man team entry, 1 exclusive hole sponsor, recognition at registration table plus a listing on sponsor sign

Hole Sponsor: $100 Hole Sponsor plus a listing on a sponsor sign

E- Door Prize Contributor: Send a door prize to be won as part of drawing during dinner.

Golf attire required, please.

All participants must be at least 7 years of age.
