The 8,300 square-foot facility opened its doors in the summer of 2011 and now features seven physicians and eight employees.
The ZSC is especially designed for outpatient procedures with two well-equipped operating rooms and one procedure room. Its patient-friendly design ensures optimum flow and maximum privacy for same-day surgeries, allowing patients to return to their families, homes and jobs faster.
Zachary Surgical Center's state-of-the-art technology allows outpatient surgical procedures to be performed in the following specialty areas: gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry and the spine.
