A fundraising goal of $6,000 is anticipated and will support athletics, music, drama or teaching aids - any area where the funds are needed at the high school.
The Zachary community, ZHS faculty and anyone aged 18 years and up - with a valid driver's license - are invited to come out and test drive Ford-model vehicles.
For each participant from a unique household who test drives a Ford vehicle, Superior Ford will donate $20.
Test drives, plus a quick survey, will take less than 20 minutes to complete.
The Drive One 4 UR School program was developed as a fun, engaging way to help high schools raise money to support their sports and extracurricular activities.
This initiative has raised more than $10 million through nearly 3,000 events since its inception in 2007, and provides up to $6,000 per school through test drives of Ford products.
More than 1,150 dealers have partnered with their local high schools to participate in the program, and the funds raised can be applied to any area at the school.
In addition to Friday's Drive One 4UR School fundraiser, Superior Ford will be raffling off a free 2013 Ford Escape.
Be sure to drop by, enter to win and drive one for ZHS.
