This ranks the ZHS girls 12th out of 39 teams on the LHSAA power ranking scale in the I(5A) division, and puts them in the state playoffs.
The ZHS Lady Broncos play Hahnville on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. in the ZHS main gym. Come out, and support the Lady Broncos in their quest for victory.
The winner of tonight's game will travel to play St. Mary's Dominican Catholic High School out of New Orleans. They are ranked fifth out of 39 teams.
In addition, if the Lady Broncos win Oct. 30, and if the other team wants to play, the Lady Broncos will play an additional game by Monday, Nov. 5, before 10 p.m.
"These girls have put much time and effort into improving both their individual and team skills," said Lady Bronco Head Coach Madeline Blanchard-Gugich. "They are a fun group of girls and truly a pleasure to coach."
Good luck tonight, Lady Broncos!
