John Bradley, left, and Jake Lipscomb volunteered in Zachary's community effort to help stock the Zachary Food Pantry.

The boys took part in a collection day sponsored by Legendz on front of LeBlanc's Food Store on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Residents are asked to bring five (5) canned goods to the Pack the Pantry Pod located in the City Hall Parking lot on the corner of Main & Florida Streets this Saturday, Nov. 17, from 8 a.m. to Noon.

Those who bring five canned goods will receive a free sausage poboy, compliments of Mike Breaux, owner of PODS Containers.

Help pack the new Zachary Food Pantry, slated to open for Christmas!
