The Cathedral of St. Joseph, 412 North Street in downtown Baton Rouge, invites everyone to join parishioners and friends in the celebration of the Feast of the Epiphany with an international focus at a special 10 a.m. Mass on Sunday, Jan. 6.

In the Mass to be celebrated by Bishop Robert W. Muench of Baton Rouge, congregants will hear greetings and liturgical music in several different languages, a bagpiper from the Baton Rouge Caledonian Pipes and Drums as part of the opening ceremonies, scripture readings in French and Spanish, and an international food tasting after Mass in the Cathedral Parish Hall.

The Mass will be televised live on Catholic Life Channel 15 on Cox Cable with replays throughout the day.

This celebration is open to everyone who wishes to experience the dynamic international community and the diverse gifts they bring to the Baton Rouge area.

This event is produced by the Development Group of St. Joseph Cathedral under the direction of Barbara Carey.
