The Zachary Area Soccer Association (ZASA) is a soccer league for boys and girls in Region III. ZASA is a league that is completely volunteer operated.

Coaches, assistant coaches and team managers are those who volunteer their time to ensure kids from the community can play the sport of soccer.

Currently, there are four teams, ages 8 and under (8U), without coaches.

Without volunteers, ZASA cannot continue.

If you are a parent with a child in ZASA or with a child in this age group, please consider volunteering so that your child can play in a Zachary soccer league, rather than traveling to Baton Rouge to play soccer.

There must be coaches for every team in order to have a Spring season.

The deadline to contact ZASA to volunteer is today, Wednesday, Jan. 16.

To volunteer, please e-mail support5@gotsport.com
