On Jan. 30 Zachary Early Learning Center celebrated its 100th day of school.

The theme for the day was the "Golden Oldies."

Students, as well as some teachers, dressed up as 100-year-olds for the day.

The Pre-K students also got to join in an activity every 100 minutes for 100 seconds.

In addition, the kids brough canned goods to donate to the Zachary Food Pantry.

They had to make posters with their parents and include 100 items on the posters, marking ZELC's 100th day of school, or 100 days smarter.

ZELC teachers Amber Trahan, Aimee Crawford, Carla Connor, Ashley Smith, Caitlin Morrison, Ellen St. Romain and Karla Altman-Hill, from left, joined in the festivities by wearing their best "old" clothes.
