 Dr. Lynn Buzhardt, a long-time practicing veterinarian at the Animal Center in Zachary, recently received an award for the 2010 Louisiana Veterinarian of the Year. The award is presented each year by the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association and is considered a great honor. Buzhardt has published in national publications and spoken in national media settings. She regularly speaks to veterinary groups on various topics as part of their continuing education.
