Alumni of the Baker High School Basketball Program will be hosting their fourth annual Alumni Basketball Game on Saturday, Jan. 29, at 6 p.m. in the Baker High School Gym.

The Alumni Buffaloes will host the Southern University Laboratory Basketball Alumni Kittens. The events will feature two games with graduates from 2003 participating in the first game. The second game features alumni before 2003 and has been labeled "The Old School Game." It will feature alumni from as early as 1985.

The Alumni Buffaloes have been successful both on and off the court, compiling a 2-1 record for both the recent graduates and the old school team. The recent grads only loss was at the hands of the Old School Buffaloes, and the Old School Buffaloes loss came at the hands of the Glen Oaks High Basketball Alumni Panthers.

With this year's events, the alumni look to eclipse the $3,000 mark as the amount given back to the program in the four year existence of the event.

Cost of admission is $5 for adults and $2 for any current high school student. Baker Basketball would like to thank the Clinton High Basketball Alumni Eagles, Glen Oaks Basketball Alumni Panthers and the East Baton Rouge Police Basketball teams for their participation in previous years. Additionally, Baker Basketball looks forward to seeing the people of the community at this years event. See you there!
