Mr. and Mrs. Barton R. Anderson of Centreville, Miss., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Miss Bridget Leigh Anderson to Mr. John Thomas Zuccaro, Jr. of Clayton, La.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Zuccaro, Sr. of Clayton.

Vows will be exchanged by the couple on Saturday, the twenty-seventh of October in a five-thirty ceremony at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Chad Morris of Slaughter. A reception will follow.

Grandparents of the bride-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Cornelius of Slaughter and Mr. and Mrs. Dale R. Anderson of Liberty, Miss.

Miss Anderson is a graduate of Centreville Academy and Mississippi State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. She also attended the Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics where she received a certificate in diagnostic medical sonography and is currently employed as an Ultra sonographer at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.

Grandparents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. Huey Nelson of Clayton and Mrs. Myrtle Bartmess of Jonesville, La., and the late Joseph Anthony Zuccaro.

Mr. Zuccaro is a graduate of Sicily Island High School and is employed by Zuccaro's Body Shop in Vidalia.

Following their marriage, the couple will reside in Natchez.
