Despite winning a piece of the district championship pie, the Broncos are 5A co-champions with Central High School, second-year Head Coach Neil Weiner and his Zachary Broncos were defeated 49 - 7 by the Wreckin' Rams.
Acadiana High, a top football program, was ranked 27th when they hosted the 11th ranked Broncos in Bill Dotson Stadium Friday night.
