Those interested in a career in health care can receive the valuable experience needed for many health care programs such as medicine and nursing.
They will also obtain formal medical training in pre-hospital medicine and work alongside EMS Paramedics responding to various 911 emergency calls.
Those who participate will do so in many public activities and exhibitions.
This program is available to motivated, mature students from 15-18 years of age.

The first night meeting will be held Thursday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m. at the City Parish Emergency Communication/Operations Center located at 3773 Harding Blvd. across the street from I-Hop in Baton Rouge, near the airport.
