Each Friday during football season, different Zachary organizations, businesses or volunteers cook for and serve the Zachary High School Bronco football team.

Parents of the players also volunteer to help serve the Bronco team at the ZHS Academic Athletic building every Friday afternoon about 3 p.m.

The Bronco team and coaches eat prior to resting and preparing for the evening's game.

Recent volunteer chefs have incuded the Zachary Police Department, which cooked BBQ pork chops, and the Zachary Fire Department, which cooked BBQ chicken.

Thanks to those businesses, organizations and volunteers who have cooked and served the Bronco football team.

These volunteers are not part of any ZHS organization and cost of all food and prep is assumed by the volunteers.
