BOSSIER CITY – Services for former lumberman and School Board member Grover Adkins will be Thursday. He died Aug. 25 at age 93.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He owned Bolinger Lumber before retiring and was a 20-year member of the Bossier Parish School Board.
Survivors include three children.

ALEXANDRIA – Services for noted professional photographer Erol Thibodeaux will be announced. He died Aug. 16 at age 59.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War era. He owned and operated Photographs by Erol Thibodeaux and was a former president of the Professional Photographers of Louisiana.
Survivors include his wife Emelie and a daughter.
Arrangements are by Heartland, Columbia, Mo.
