“The Vault is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for inventors to connect with investment capital and fuel the next stage of idea growth,” says InventureWorks Chief Idea Officer Pete Prados.
Developed by InventureWorks, the Lafayette-based idea-launching firm, The Vault is one of the culminating events INNOV8 Lafayette and is set for Friday, April 27.
For inventors, investors and “anyone who dares to dream big” according to Prados, that’s the day the bank vault at the Acadiana Center for the Arts will become the stage for the next big idea.
But the time to “get in” The Vault is now.
Anyone interested in presenting their idea or invention must qualify by contacting InventureWorks at 337-205-8788 or visiting the company’s website www. inventureworks.com and clicking on “The Vault” for more information.
There are up to 40 slots available for 10-minute, rapid-fire presentations, including Q&A. Because of the confidential nature of the business of ideas, the event is closed to the public and those in attendance must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
“The Vault…Get In. Get Rich! “ is the Louisiana version of the popular ABC series Shark Tank, in which a panel of potential investors judge individual investment proposals from entrepreneurs.
The Vault is also fielding a panel of judges that represent potential funding resources for the ideas and inventors.
Investors interested in participating in The Vault or joining the InventureWorks Investment Team, should contact Chief Idea Officer Pete Prados at 337-205-8787.
