Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Thursday, May 31, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and continues on Friday, June 1, from 8 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev. Danny Grieg and Rev. Jimmy Robertson. Burial will be in Milldale Baptist Church Cemetery, Zachary.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law - Dave, Jr. and Patricia Ashford; a sister - Cathy Core; three grandchildren - Cheyenne Ashford, Margaret Ashford and Dustan Newman and wife Christina; two great-grandchildren - Alyssa and Gavin Newman.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Guy Spitale; parents, Alton and Luna Noble; and a sister, Janice Sommers.
Pallbearers will be Cheyenne Ashford, Jesse Core, Randy Core, Jacob Core, Matt Core and Ray Warner. Honorary pallbearer is James “Buddy” Norwood.
She was a member of Milldale Baptist Church. Jackie was an avid animal lover.
