Just Like Home Too Learning Center, located at 6363 Main St. Suite F, in Amazon Plaza in Zachary, held a ribbon cutting Tuesday, Oct. 9, celebrating their new Drop & Play hours available Monday thru Sunday.

Taryn (formerly of Taryn's Tutoring Center) and Kardell Raymond, husband and wife owners/operators of the learning center, and Brittany Perry (Taryn's sister), work together to promote a safe family environment for your child. They cater to busy parents who are on the go running errands, shopping or having a date night by providing top-notch childcare.

"At Just like Home Too we recognize that parents can have difficult schedules, so we're here to support them the best we can," said the Raymonds.

The learning center's Before & After care is a great place for kids to begin and end their school day.

"Parents will be pleased to know their child's homework was completed in our homework area," said Taryn Raymond.

The learning center allows young students to unwind from the structure of the school day by providing an informal atmosphere that caters to all children's needs.

The new Drop & Play services offer a great hourly play service that provides on-the-go childcare. A perfect time for moms (and dads) to run errands or keep appointments while kids are happy and safe, and parents' schedules are accommodated.

Children ages 3 -10 years of age are welcome, and there is plenty to do at Just Like Home Too.

Every child is involved in stimulating activities every day, and the Raymonds are making sure that kids are having fun.

Also available are birthday parties, field trips, group events, tailgating specials and Parents Night Out (Date Night).

The next event at Just Like Home Too Learning Center will be a Family Art Day on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 1-3 p.m. Price to attend is $40 per family, and materials and canvas will be supplied.

For more information or to reserve a spot for your child directly from the center's web site for a discounted price, visit www.justlikehometoo.net.
