Lady Broncos begin 5-5A district play against Central

The Zachary High School Lady Broncos' Basketball team will begin playing their 5-5A district schedule on Friday, Jan. 11.

The Lady Broncos will take on the Central Lady Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. at Central High School, 10200 East Brookside Dr. in Central.

The Zachary community is encouraged to come out and support the Lady Broncos as they face all of their district opponents in the upcoming weeks.

The Lady Broncos are led by Head Coach April Brown and Asst. Coaches Patrick Jenkins and Traci Landry.

Following the district match between ZHS and Central, the Lady Broncos will host Scotlandville on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at ZHS.

This game will be a White Out game and will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Fans and attendees of the game are asked to wear white in support of the ZHS Lady Broncos.

• Walker on Friday, Jan. 18 @ Walker

• Live Oak, Tuesday, Jan. 22 @ ZHS (Faculty and Staff Night)

• Denham Springs, Friday, Jan. 25 @ DSHS

• Central, Tuesday, Jan. 29 @ ZHS (Spirit Night)
