NES class tours Zachary Historical Village

Several first-grade classes from Northwestern Elementary School recently took a field trip to the Zachary Historical Village as part of a "then and now" history lesson.

The pupils toured the Allison House, the McHugh House and the Little School as Historical Village employees Jean Byers, Eula Richardson and Moses Kelley gave hands on demonstrations, sharing the history of Zachary with the classes.
