Police said the incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. at a home in south Bossier City.
By the time responders reached the scene, the girls were out of the pool and their parents were attempting to revive them.
Circumstances regarding how they got into the pool are still be investigated.
The girl’s mother, police said, had called a grandmother to help search for them. She found them in the pool, they said.
