Teens, come make your very own spooky skull jewelry. We’ll use white clay and markers to create unique necklaces. Start a trend with your new spooky jewelry!

SCRATCH BOARD CD ART

You’ll love this funky new twist on an old art form! Come to the Zachary Branch on Tuesday, July 10 at 2 p.m. where teens will be making scratch board art using recycled CDs!

IT'S OLD SCHOOL NIGHT!

Get all dressed up in clothes from your favorite period of the past and come to the Library for a fun game night!

We’ll be blasting into the past at the Zachary Branch on Thursday, July 12 at 6:30 p.m. while listening to the Beatles and other classic music.

THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE OUTER SPACE

It’s that time of year again! Staff from the Highland Road Park Observatory return to present space displays and science demonstrations for children ages 8-11 to enjoy. Families will also learn about viewing the Sun safely, skygazing for children, “ham” radio and meteors!
