Brought to you by the WBRZ Sports 2 Louisiana team, the Fans' Choice Awards began Sept. 3 and is in its fifth week of recognizing south Louisiana high school football athletes.

This week, Zachary residents will find it tough to vote, since two ZHS Bronco football players are among the three finalists.

Senior Runningback Boston Scott, #30, and Senior Quarterback Trey Hills, #10, are not only competing against each other but against Parkview Baptist Quarterback Brennan Bozeman.

Now is our chance to have Zachary High School and the Broncos recognized by the people of south Louisiana!

The winner receives bragging rights as the Fans’ Choice player of the week on WBRZ. All decisions of the judges are final, and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible nominees and votes received.

Every Monday, fans can nominate their favorite player from 6 p.m. until noon on Tuesday.

Every Tuesday, voting for the top three nominees begins at 6 p.m. and will run until noon on Wednesday.

On Wednesday evenings, the winner will be announced during the sports segments of WBRZ News 2 at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Coaches, players and fans are encouraged to watch WBRZ News 2 at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. for the week's Fans' Choice winners.
