The Zachary High School Boys Soccer team had a record number of players honored at this year’s Division 1 District 5 coaches’ meeting, which included coaches from Zachary, Central, Live Oak, Denham Springs and Walker.

Brandon Delhom was named the District’s Most Valuable Player for Offense, and Durrell Joseph was named the Most Valuable Player for Defense.

Brandon Delhom was named to the All-Metro 2012 Soccer team from a pool of players nominated and voted on by coaches from several schools in the greater Baton Rouge Metro area.  Brandon was the fifth top scorer in the state of Louisiana this year, with 31 goals scored and nine assists during the regular season.
