Peggy Smith Guidry of Central and Timothy Wayne Duncan of Jackson are excited to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joseph and Mary Smith. She is a communications officer with the Zachary Police Department.

The groom-elect is the son of Juanita Duncan and the late Charles C. Duncan. He is a police officer with the Zachary Police Department.

The couple would like to invite friends and family to attend the 5 p.m. wedding ceremony on Saturday, March 26, 2011, at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, 21498 Liberty Road in Pride. Brother Jerry Potts will officiate.
