Mark your calendars and make plans to attend the Zachary Artists Guild's first fundraiser, the Evening Art Walk, on Saturday, July 9, from 6 - 9 p.m. in downtown Zachary (between the Chamber and Zachary Fire Department). Music includes performances by L.C. Carney Blues Band and Sacred Strings Bluegrass, and beverages will be provided by Feliciana Cellars. Abita's "Andy Award" winning Louisiana Imperial Oyster Stout and Pecan Bitter on tap also featured. Purchase your $10 tickets in advance from sponsors the Bank of Zachary, Cottage Fine Art & Framing, LeBlanc's Food Stores, Sammy's Grill or Stacy Gill and Wendy Pate of the Zachary Plainsman-News.
