Also included on this year’s leadership team are Joseph Smith and Jordan Varnado, both of whom will student-chair the Luminaria Ceremony Committee for the American Cancer Society’s Zachary/Baker Relay for Life event.
Masterson is also proud to announce that the Manship Theater has invited ZHS Drama students Miranda Murray and Miklyn Ratcliff to serve on their Student Advisory Board.
Students chosen for the board display exemplary leadership skills and a proclivity for the arts. The Manship program allows students to gain exposure to new artistic experiences and guidance through hands-on activities.
The opportnity to serve on the Manship board is symbolic of the mission of the ZHS Drama club officers: To create new experiences for students in theatre within Zachary and Baton Rouge and to promote and encourage others to join and be a part of those experiences.
