Clifford Hollingsworth, 38, of 22061 Liberty Road in Pride, was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on May 3 and charged with aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile, said Knaps.
Hollingsworth had been out of EBR Parish for several months before being located by Baker police last week, Knaps said.
Louisiana child protection social workers reported the allegations to the Baker Police Department, said Chief Knaps.
