The Zachary Area Reading Council will be holding its 2nd Annual Used Book Sale on Saturday, May 26, in the Zachary Elementary School Auditorium from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Come out and shop a huge selection of used adult and children’s fiction books, all priced at .50 cents or $1!

All proceeds from the sale will help ZARC continue to support teachers and promote literacy within the Zachary Community School District.

ZARC will accept donations of gently used adult and children’s fiction books on Saturday, May 12, between 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., at the 2nd Saturday Community Market, located behind City Hall at Florida and Virginia Streets.

Books can also be donated Monday, May 14, thru Friday, May 18, at Zachary Elementary on the 39th Street side between the hours of 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Collection bins will be located at the school for convenient drop-off.
