David Nelson and Shelby Wilson of Central are proud to announce the birth of their son, Garrett Wayne Nelson.

Little Garrett was born Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 12:04 p.m. at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary.

Garrett weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20 inches long.

Proud paternal grandparents are Norman and Patty Nelson of Slaughter.

Proud maternal grandparents are Terri and Oscar Webb of Ethel and Steve and Kathy Wilson of Baker.
