The first pod was filled to capacity on Friday and a second pod was added to hold all the donations that keep coming in from the Zachary community.
Members of the Legendz team were on site Saturday with Zachary Community Food Bank volunteer Reggie Dykes from 8 a.m. until noon.
For those donating five canned goods or more, a free sausage po-boy was given away by representatives of PODS Containers and on behalf of PODS owner, Mike Breaux.
Legendz players who volunteered, with their coach, Jack Leiva, were: Reed Rushing, Tyler Jackson, Caynan Byrd, Bailey Thomas, Ben LeJeune, Austin Tunstall and Phillip Faucheux.
