A Zachary man was arrested Monday after complaints surfaced that he exposed himself to women.

East Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested and booked Calvin Chapman Jr., 47, of 6132 Shallow Brooke St., in Zachary, at the East Feliciana Parish Jail on two counts of obscenity, said EFSO Sgt. Kevin Garig.

A woman filed a complaint in November 2012 stating that as she was riding her bike on Midway Road in Slaughter, a man exposed himself to her, Garig said.

Deputies were unable to locate the man at that time.

Another woman reported Jan. 14 that as she was driving on Midway Road, a man parked on the side of the road got out and pulled down his pants as she approached, said Garig.

Chapman was located a short time later by sheriff's deputies investigating the complaint. He was found inside his vehicle, still parked on the side of the road, Garig said.
