Julie Marie Sciortino of Baton Rouge and Ryan Little Moore of Zachary are pleased to announce they are engaged and have plans to be united in matrimony on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Hemingbough in St. Francisville at six o’clock in the evening.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Maria and Joseph Sciortino of Baton Rouge.

She is the granddaughter of Bella and Cleve Baham of Baton Rouge and the late Mr. & Mrs. Dominic Sciortino of White Castle.

Julie is a graduate of St. Michael High School. She currently attends Our Lady of the Lake Medical College and upon graduation in May 2013, she will pursue a career as a Registered Nurse.

Ryan is the son of Renee and Charles Moore of Zachary.

He is the grandson of Peggy and Richard Moore of Baker, Gloria and Glen Shaw of Jarreau, La., Brenda and Edward Willcutt of Slaughter and Dr. Sheila Moore of Zachary.

He is a graduate of Zachary High School.

The groom-to-be is employed as a Sonographer at Moore Sound Imaging.
