ESTHERWOOD – Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Pearl L. LeBlanc, 81, who died May 11, 2008 at Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley.

Rev. Roy Kibodeaux will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Monday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to the time of service. Interment will be in Estherwood Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Peggy A Myers and her husband Leroy of Estherwood; two sons, Eugene J. LeBlanc and his wife Sandra, and Calvin L. LeBlanc and his wife Amelia both of Estherwood; two sisters, Mary Alice Boulet, and Elaine Harrington both of Port Arthur, Texas; four brothers, C.J. LeJeune of Crowley, J.C. LeJeune of New Iberia, Lee LeJeune of Opelousas, and Benny LeJeune of Orange, Texas; eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Mrs. LeBlanc is preceded in death by her husband, Dolze “Chunk” LeBlanc; her parents, Clement and Alice Trumps LeJeune; and two sisters, Orelia Spell, and Bertha Menard.

Pallbearers will be Eugene LeBlanc, Calvin LeBlanc, Nathan LeBlanc, Yates LeBlanc, Todd Myers, and Wayne Welsh.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley.
