JEFF DAVIS PARISH DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1 SUB BOARD A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING HELD AT THE LAKE ARTHUR RICE DRIER, INC.

July 2, 2008

Sidney Theriot called the July 2, 2008 Meeting of the Jeff Davis Parish Gravity Drainage District Sub A to order at 8:00 a.m. to get financial statements from the last meeting.

Motion made by Jerry Hartwell, seconded by Ronnie Guidry, to accept the minutes, pay bills submitted, and send bills to the Police Jury for approval.

MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Motion was made by Rene’’ Daboval, seconded by Ronnie Guidry, to transfer $8000.00 from repo into checking.

MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Motion was made by Jerry Hartwell, seconded by Tommy Williams, to clean L-1BB, L-1BA, and install boat ramp of L-1C.

MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Motion was made by Tommy Williams, seconded by Rene’’ Daboval, to spray L-1D-3, L-1D-4, and L-10A.

MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Motion was made by Jerry Hartwell, seconded by Rene’’ Daboval, to accept 2007 Audit.

MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Motion was made by Jerry Hartwell, seconded by Tommy WIlliams, and carried that the meeting be adjourned.
