Roy Gallow
Sgt. Joseph “Plywood” Fontenot said the Ville Platte Police Department received a complaint Sunday, October 19. As a result of the department’s investigation, Roy Drake Gallow, 33, (dob 12-4-74), Ville Platte, has been charged with aggravated rape of an eight-year-old. Gallow was incarcerated in the parish jail on a bond of $250,000, which was set by 13th Judicial District Judge Tom Fuselier.
The investigation is ongoing.
