Seek His Kingdom

If friends disappoint you and plans go astray

and nothing works out in just the right way,

and you find you have failed in acheiving your goal,

and that life has wrongly placed you in an unfitting role.

Take heart and stand tall and thinking who you are,

For God is your Father and no one can bar

or keep you from reaching your desired success,

Or withhold the joy this is yours to possess

But seek first His Kingdom

and you will possess the world’s greatest riches

which is true happiness.

Mrs. Dan Cobb had a surprise visitor recently. Her boss, Kay Brantley from the National Wildlife Refuge on Black Bayou, spent about two hours with her. She told of all the improvements and that all of the trials had been concreted. It was a pleasant and enjoyable visit for Mrs. Dan.

Coming by on Friday fro an ice cream after they had been to Oak Grove for sweet potatos was Mrs. Juanita Johnston and Sharon Barmore. Enjoyed their visit.

Roger Dew came by on Friday. He had stopped by the V.A. Home for a couple of games of dominos with W. J. Said he was doing very well, could still beat Roger at that game.

Get well wishes go out to Mrs. Narphett Hocutt who has been in R.M.C. but home and inproving.
