CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 2 p.m. in First Baptist Church of Crowley for Edna C. Dilly, 86, who died on April 19 at Camelot Nursing Home. Officiating the services will be Rev. Roger Tarver.

The body will be donated to science at Tulane University.

She is survived by one son, Russell Dilly and wife Geraldine; one daughter, Julia R. Dilly Vincent and husband Bruce; four grandchildren, Nick Dilly, Laura Touchet, Bryce Vincent and Jennifer Nakahara; one brother, Bud Calihan and wife Vernice; one sister, Helen Brunner; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Ellery Nakahara; and one great-great-grandchild, Layne Touchet.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Dilly; three brothers and one sister.

She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church or Hearts of Hospice.
