The Northwestern Middle School eighth-grade advanced drama students will perform Flapper!, a madcap musical comedy tribute to the 1920’s, in the two upcoming performances for the Zachary community on Tuesday, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. in the NMS Auditorium. Also, seventh-grade dance classes and the NMS Dazzler dance team will perform in some of the musical numbers. Admission is $5/adults and $3 student/child. Flapper! the book was written by Tim Kelly and music/lyrics by Bill Francoeur. Publisher is Pioneer Drama Service, Inc. The Northwestern Middle School Drama Department is led by Drama Instructor/NWM teacher Paula Swilley and the Visual and Performing Arts Coordinator at NWM and ZHS is Louis Gagliano.
