The open house gave attendees, including physicians, nurses, Lane Regional Medical Center hospital staff, patients and members of the Zachary community, the opportunity to tour the Center.
“We are pleased to be able to offer advanced, specialized services for the treatment of heart and vascular diseases to the Zachary community,” said Dr. Yunus Moosa, interventional cardiologist at BR Cardiology Center in Zachary. “We are excited about our new office location, which is both convenient and accessible for patients in the Zachary area.”
Moosa said Baton Rouge Cardiology Center opened its newest location in an effort to further expand its clinic's capabilities and to help fulfill the growing health care need in the Zachary community.
The new Center features an array of specialized services dedicated to providing comprehensive care and treatment of heart and vascular diseases. Additionally, the Center will now offer services and treatment options for patients with venous disease (varicose and spider veins).
“Our team of board certified cardiologists is pleased to be working in Zachary where we can offer the best treatment options for cardiovascular care in the area,” said Dr. Daniel Fontenot, interventional cardiologist at BRCC in the Zachary and Baton Rouge locations. “Our team has cared for patients in communities throughout Louisiana and Mississippi for more than 30 years, and we are honored that the Zachary community continues to supports us and helped mark this milestone with us.”
