A resident of Baker, she died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at Lane Regional Medical Center, Zachary. She was 51 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 1920 Progress Road, Saturday, Aug. 28, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by Bishop George C. Pierce. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by her husband, Donald W. Winfield; mother, Winnie Edwards; daughter, Charlena Jackson and husband Anthony; two sons, Clarence White and wife Shanta, and Jonathan Winfield; two sisters, Deloris White and Rachael Walker and husband Jeff; and five grandchildren. Arrangements by Carney-Mackey Funeral Home, 1576 Robin St.
