Registration for the young girls pageant will be 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., with competition beginning at 10 a.m. Attire is Sunday best, with natural hair and make-up; pageant wear is not permitted. Girls infant to 9 years of age will compete in seven divisions; no child walks away empty handed!
Girls 10 – 23 years of age will compete that evening for the Junior Miss, Teen Miss and Miss BBF Rose Queen titles. Ladies in these divisions must meet eligibility requirements. Queens will have the opportunity to travel to state representing the Buffalo Festival, and the Miss Queen will compete in a state competition in February. These girls have until 3 p.m. on Sept. 11 to enter.
Attire is pageant wear, with full hair and make-up. Miss Contestants deadline to enter is 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 10. Attire should include a suit or Sunday dress for an interview, and a full-length evening gown.
